At LPS Events Ltd, we prioritise your experience and peace of mind. Our Event Protection policy is designed to ensure that your entry is safeguarded, providing flexibility and convenience for our participants.

We don’t provide refunds, but you can easily defer your entry to the same event next year—no questions asked!

How to Activate Your Deferral:

If you’re unable to attend, activating your deferral is easy! Just EMAIL us at info@lpsevents.co.uk.

General Conditions:

1. One-Year Protection: Your entry is protected for one season, allowing you to defer to the next year at your convenience.
2. Simple Process: To defer, just email info@lpsevents.co.uk with "Defer" in the subject line by 07:30 GMT on the day before the event. We streamline the process by only accepting requests via email.
3. Timely Notifications: To ensure smooth handling, please submit your request on time; we’ll confirm your deferral based on the email’s timestamp.
4. Proactive Communication: Remember, you must reach out to us to activate your deferral—just let us know!
5. Guaranteed Deferral: If you defer, your entry will seamlessly transfer to the same event next year. You can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your entry remains valid for the following season. Please note that it will expire if not used after being deferred.
6. Stay Informed: While dates for next year’s events will be announced at the end of the current season, your entry will always be protected.
7. Exclusive Deferral Options: Deferrals are available only to the same event next year, ensuring you can return to your favourite race. You cannot defer to another event in the same season or series.
8. One-Time Deferral: Each entry allows for one deferral, providing flexibility without the worry of multiple changes.
9. Deferral Restrictions: If your entry has been obtained through deferral, transfer, or credit, you will not be eligible to defer your entry.
10. Race Pass Policy: Please note that race passes cannot be deferred. If you are required to have a race pass you will need to purchase one for the deferred event (multisport events only).
11. Flexible Transfers: If you need to transfer your entry to someone else, you can do so up to 14 days before the event.
12. Volunteering Opportunity: If you miss the deferral deadline, we offer an exciting chance to volunteer on the day of the event, allowing you to stay involved while deferring your entry.
13. Cancellation Safety Net: If we need to cancel the event, your entry will automatically be deferred to the same event next year, ensuring you don't miss out.
14. Transfer Options for Cancellations: If we cannot deliver the same event, we’ll provide you the option to transfer to another event, keeping your experience intact.
